The ‘Impact Circles’ has provided me the opportunity to sit around the table with other executive directors to discuss the day-to-day operations of our nonprofits. We are fortunate to have the expertise of Jim O’Reilley and Birgit Pauli-Haack leading the group and they certainly put a lot of planning into each meeting. Jim & Birgit make sure we have an agenda and reading/supporting materials before each meeting so that each ED is ready to jump right into the discussion. They are definitely respectful of not only our time, but also helping us to work with pending issues, which often relates to all the others. We discuss what has worked for us as well as what hasn’t worked and at the same time building a great network.”
