NPTechProjects exists to help nonprofit leaders, staff, and volunteers transition to a strategic approach to technology to further their collective mission and impact. The challenges in the 21st Century are too complicated and too complicated not to incorporate the technology developed in the last 15 years to manage and overcome those obstacles.
There is not enough technology assistance available in our area (Southwest Florida) to help nonprofit leaders to incorporate a data-driven mindset—not only for grant application and reporting, but in their day-to-day operation, marketing, and donor relationship cultivation.
We cover the full lifecycle of projects:
- Concept and research on the problems to solve
- Requirements gathering, software, and tools selection process
- Review of inner-organizational procedures
- Implementation planning and execution
- Training standards and follow-up
Impact Circles—ED round-tables on the strategic use of technology—are now a part of the broader framework. – Updated Spring 2017: We discontinued Impact Circles as a concept and are building a service-oriented network for nonprofit leaders. Data-informed decision making requires data, but you don’t have to have a data-scientist on staff to find the information you need.
